Black Forge Limited Lifetime Warranty

Black Forge™ is committed to our customers and stands behind our products, and that is why we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on our firearms. This warranty covers any service and repair need for any product manufactured by Black Forge™.

If at any time during the warranty period a firearm is found to have a defect in material or workmanship, Black Forge™ will, at our discretion repair or replace defective parts free of charge. Black Forge™ reserves the right to replace any part or accessory, which has been discontinued from its product line with a new part of comparable value and function. If a Black Forge™ warranty inspector has determined the Black Forge™ product has been abused, misused, mishandled, or tampered with in anyway whatsoever, then this warranty shall be voided. This warranty is valid on firearms used under normal conditions with approved, factory ammunition. This warranty does not extend to: damage resulting from unauthorized gun smithing or repairs, alteration, negligence, abuse, misuse, corrosion, rust, barrel obstruction, the use of non-approved or over pressurized ammunition. The warranty also excluded normal wear of protective finishes on metal or plastic parts. Repairs are warranted for the duration of the original warranty on factory built products only. This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Black Forge™, all other warranties including any implied or express warranties of merchantability are hereby expressly waived.

This warranty is transferable and will last the lifetime of the firearm. Please be sure when transferring the firearm to another that a copy of original receipt is also transferred.

Black Forge™ assumes no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages relating to economic loss or injury arising out of the use of hand-loaded or remanufactured ammunition, negligence, unsafe handling or unauthorized modification to the firearm. No implied warranty of this product is extended. Some states do not allow limitations of implied warranty so check your state law regarding limitations of implied warranties.

NFA Policy: Black Forge™ will sell NFA items to qualified customers only when all provisions of the National Firearms Act are met, and there are no Local or State Regulations preventing such sale. Black Forge™ does not give legal advice, and is not responsible to determine your eligibility to own or possess an NFA item. All NFA rules apply.

Export Control: User acknowledges that any technical data furnished by Black Forge™ in connection with this order may be subject to U.S. export control laws, including to by not limited to the Arms Export Control Act, 22 USC § 2778, (AECA) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, 22 CFR 120-130, (ITAR) promulgated pursuant thereto. In this regard, User agrees that, unless it has obtained prior written consent from the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Control (DDTC), they will not export, reexport, or transship, directly or indirectly, the goods, documentation, technical assistance, or any media in which any of the foregoing is contained, or other technology provided hereunder or the direct product thereof, to any country or to any non-U.S. citizen.

A copy of this warranty is enclosed with each new Black Forge™ firearm. Once a firearm has been transferred to the buyer, Black Forge™ will not issue a refund and the warranty goes into effect.
