The Vepr 54 Russian Kalashnikov style conversion is built on the thickest stamped receiver possible with an RPK front trunnion and a 7.62x54r hammer forged, chrome lined tapered barrel. This rifles was designed for the distance game!

It features a quick detach Advanced Armament Corps Blackout muzzle brake which works in conjunction with their suppressor providing the ultimate in cover and concealment. For stability, it comes with a spring loaded UTG bipod in the front and a monopod grip attached to the Magpul PRS adjustable stock via a picatinny rail underneath.

This rifle also comes with a Mojo micro-click rear peep sight giving proper sight picture for engagement with basic iron sights. A Surefire SGM handguard which reduces the weight compared to standard milled Picatinny handguards without sacrificing strength and the ability to install accessories with ease.

For precision, the rifle comes with a four-way adjustable milled Red Star Arms adjustable trigger allowing for full manipulation of the trigger pull, reset and creep. A Magpul MOE pistol grip is used to ensure complete control of the weapons’ fire control group. With unparalleled accuracy and dependability this rifle will stand against a Russian Tiger shot for shot!

  • The RPK receiver is the Vepr receiver. This Vepr RPK receiver was built for extreme sustained fire and therefore was made of 50% thicker steel. The trunnion of the Vepr like the RPK has heavy reinforcements on both sides. The engineering of the Vepr has produced a receiver that is actually more stable than a machined receiver. This receiver combined with the extra heavy duty target like barrel produces accuracy unparalleled and any comparisons should be done with the Russian Tiger Dragunov.
